No, all conductors are not made of magnetic materials. By magnetic materials we understand ferromagnetic substances. For example best used conductors like Silver, Copper and Aluminium are not ferromagnetic. So, all conductors are not magnetic.

No, all the conductors of electricity are no magenetic substances. For eg. Copper is a good conductor of electricity but it is not a magnetic substance.Same goes for silver, aluminium .
