The two important concept highlights in above paragraph are-
1. Management is a dynamic function there is a constant review and report of organisation goal and operation and they will make change accordingly...like in this they found it difficult to manage the all bills by an individual so they disburse it now in all department.
2. Management is a group activity it is not perform by an individual but it is performed by al to achieve the desired results.
