Among burial and cremation, which one do you think is better and why?

It depends on your preference which is better for you.
Burial is more environment-friendly than cremation.
Burial helps in adding humus to the soil. The body is decomposed by microorganisms. But as gravestones are built where a coffin is buried, this occupies space on the land and we can face the land crisis in future. It is expensive and less flexible.
In cremation, when the dead body is burnt, it adds serious pollutants such as mercury in the environment. But cremation is less expensive and more flexible. Ashes generated are collected in a container or urn and then submerged in water bodies which further promotes water pollution.
