An essay on 1- India as the world sees her.
Dear student
The following question tests your creativity and should be attempted on your own. However here are a few useful hints.
- India, as we all know is a relatively small country in the world, even though we have the 2nd largest population on earth.
- The world sees India in both positive and negative ways.
- First and foremost, India is seen as a rapidly developing country that can one day be on par with the developed countries of the world.
- India is a land of diversity, as evidenced by our diverse cultures, languages, flora and fauna.
- India is the third largest economy in the entire world, even though we are not a developed country.
- India is also a scientifically advanced country, as we are responsible for discovering water on the moon's surface.
- However, India is not perfect and is also known for its many flaws.
- India is considered to be amongst the top 50 corrupt countries in the world.
- We are also considered to be an unsafe country since we have high crime rates
- We still practise the caste system and many offences, including murder, are committed in the name of caste.
- If we are to truly become one of the world's greatest countries, we must actively try to eliminate these negative factors.
