An Indian real estate company receives rent from Google in New York. This transaction would be recorded on credit​ side of current account.
The reason behind this is that the rent received by an Indian real estate from Google which is in New York is an income received from abroad and all the receipts in the form of interest, rent, profit, etc. are recorded as positive items (credit side) of current account (a component of Balance of Payments).
