Now make a chord of a circle then draw the perpendicular bisector of the chord and also draw the perpendicular bisector on the perpendicular bisector of chord the point where the 2 bisectors meet is your centre.Now u have got the center now repeat what we do earlier fro point p draw a circle itrescting the main circle at 2 points then join the centers then from line joining centers draw a circle taking the line as diamter join point p with the points where the2 cicles intersect
