(i) At 300 k a certain mass of a gas occupies 1 x 10-4 dm3
volume. calculate its volume at 450 k and at the same pressure.
(ii) Convert 96oF to Co

1) From ideal gas equation,
V1= 1×10-4dm  T1=300 K 
V2= x                    T2= 450 K 
so X = 1×10-4× (450/300)
X=V2= 1.5×10-4dm3.
2) X/100=(96-32)/180
    x= 35.556oC
