Reaction quotient = Q = $\frac{\left[NO\right]\left[S{O}_3\right]}{\left[S{O}_2\right]\left[N{O}_2\right]}= \frac{0.025\times 0.04}{0.0025\times 0.0035}$= 114.3
Value of Kc = 85
Q > Kc, so reaction is not in equilibrium. 
​This means that numerator is more than denominator. So, reaction is spontaneous in reverse direction.
