Dear Student,
CNS stands for Central Nervous System. It consists of the brain and spinal cord. The CNS controls many functions of the body. It receives sensory information from the nervous system. The brain controls thoughts, interprets the external environment, responds to stimuli, and also controls the movement of the body. Hence, all parts of our body (for example: hands, legs, etc) respond to the instructions sent from the CNS.
