My question is why it is not 1st as in first we longest chain name??

According to IUPAC the carbon of the functional group should be given as priority and here only one functional group is present (ie.,aldehyde), so if we consider the carbon of first and last aldehyde groups then in that case second aldehyde group carbon atom is not considered and there will no reason for not considering because that second aldehyde is also having the same priority as others, so whenever this type of situation occurs then in those cases we don't consider any of the carbon of aldehyde in principal carbon chain and suffix "carbaldehyde" is used instead of "al".
Hence, the correct option is (3).
