Here's the answer

Old ratio 5:4:3

New ratio 1:1

Gaining ratio = old ratio - new ratio
P = 5/12-1/2 = 5-6/12=1/12
R = 3/12-1/2 = 3-6/12=3/12

Since the gaining ratio will be 1:3
