The image posted is blurred. However, I am framing an answer on the basis of the inference I can draw from the figure. 

• The data shows the number of persons affected, recovered and deceased due to Coronavirus from 27th March 2020 to 5th April 2020 on a daily basis. 
• The number of Covid-19 cases rose exponentially after 2nd April 2020. By 5th April 2020, the number of cases had risen to 4290.
• Out of the 4290 victims of Covid 19, 329 had recovered and 121 had succumbed to the disease. 
• The data shows that the mortality rate of the disease is less than 3 percent. 
• However, the rate of transmissibility is very high.
• The figure for 5th April shows that situation has reached an alarming level.
• In order to contain the spread of the disease, social distancing and lockdown regulations should be strictly adhered to.
