The solution to question number 9 is provided below.

9- When the displacement is negative, the velocity of an object also becomes negative because velocity=displacement/time. When the initial and final positions of an object collides and the object passes it initial position then the displacement becomes negative.

Suppose you go from you home to school and come back following the same path but instead of stopping at your house you travel further more. when you come to your home your displacement will be 0 but whe you start travelling further more your displacement becomes negative. so, your velocity will become negative.
