Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that last week, 10th December, 2018, I bought a colour TV (Model No.: XXXXXXXXX; Invoice: PPPPPPP) from your shop on cash. It was delivered to my residence as promised, but since then, it has been giving a lot of trouble.
Since yesterday, there has been a problem with the sound as it is not clearly audible and at times the picture changes from colour to black and white all of a sudden. We tried to inform you about the matter over phone but that kept ringing as nobody picked it up. Also, for the past two days, your shop has also been closed.
You are kindly requested to look into the matter and replace the defective TV set at the earliest.
