1/Many a tym, cnsumers are required to engage lawyers
2/These cases require time for filling and attending the court proceedings etc.
3/Cash memos are not issued. Hence, evidence is not easy to gather
4/Most purchases in the market are small retail sales
5/Also, Existing laws are not vry clear on the issue of compensation to cnsumers injured by defective products.
