Kelvin scale of temperature: The lowest temperature on the Kelvin scale is taken as 0 Kelvin or -2730C. It is supposed that at this temperature, the volume of any gas becomes zero which is not possible. Thus any temperature taken in Kelvin scale is always positive.
The corresponding temperature on Kelvin scale, for a temperature on celsius scale, can be found by the following conversion:
T(K) = T(0C) + 273
where:
T(K) = Temperature on Kelvin scale
T(0C) = Temperature on Celsius scale
