Any molecule in which the centre of the positive charges does not coincide with the centre of negative charges, may be approximated as an electric dipole ? what that mean

Dear Student ,
This means that the centre of the positive charge and the centre of the negative charges are a distance apart from them .Thus they have two different charges of same magnitude or different magnitude with a distance between them which implies that they can form a dipole .
Hope this helps you .
