1. did - simple past; He will have done his work with diligence.
2. want - simple present; Many people wanted peace.
3. ran - simple past; I will be running as fast as I can.
4. had never lived - past perfect; He has never lived alone.
5. want - simple present; We wanted to ensure that there will be no scarcity of food and drinks.
6. did - simple past; She had not known anything.
7. likes - simple present; He liked to sing.
8. started - simple past; Tom has been starting to learn the guitar now.
9. is - simple present; This had been my first visit to  London.
10. will be waiting - future continuous; He is waiting for us.
11. am leaving - present continuous; I left for England.
