Are all the passengers sitting in a compartment of a running train at rest or in motion with respect to each others?Explain?

they are at rest in reference frame of each other  as both have the same velocity that is the velocity of the train .

They are at a rest as they are sitting in the trains and not in a motion as they not moving or doing any work

If respect to each others the trains is is in motion because when they saw the outer region they feel that the people on the station are moving .
