are the spores inside sporangium and Zoosporangium formed by mitosis or meiosis?

In the majority of sporangia haploid spores are formed through meiosis, although some are able to produce spores through mitosis.

The difference will be that in the spores formed after meiosis, the ploidy will be halved. In other words , diploid sporangia will form haploid spores 
Whereas in mitosis , the spores will have the same ploidy as that of the sporangium
