Arrange the following compounds in decreasing order of their acidic strength :

in all of the above structures we can see that the groups attached to the acid are on the meta position which means that only inductive effect will be there as resonance effect takes place only at ortho and para positions.
from the above structures we can conclude that NO2 OCH3 and Cl are -I groups while CH3 is +I
(III) will be the worst acid of all then comes the (V) being the neutral one then comes (IV) one with OCHas its -I is weaker than Cl and NO2 then comes the (II) then one with Cl and at at last the the strongest acid is the one with NO2 . 
the order is  III < V < IV < II < I
