HI> HBr  > HCl  > HF
​If we go according to electronegativity HF should be strongest acid but the size variation is maximum in halogens as compared to any other group.
Therefore the iodide ion has large surface area to distribute the charge therefore it is most stable and ionises rapidly and this rate decreases as we go upwards.
