As water resources are limited in our country,how can we economise the water resources so that it could not cause a future problem for us?

There are several number of ways by which we can economise the water resources which are as follows:
i) Adjust sprinklers so only your lawn is watered and not the house, sidewalk, or street.
ii) When washing dishes by hand, don't let the water run while rinsing. Fill one sink with wash water and the other with rinse water.
iii) Monitor your water bill for unusually high use. Your bill and water meter are tools that can help you discover leaks.
iv) If your shower fills a one-gallon bucket in less than 20 seconds, replace the shower head with a water-efficient model.
v) Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth, shaving, washing your hands, or rinsing dishes or vegetables. Each minute you have it off saves at least 3 gallons.
vi) Use biodegradable (phosphate-free) detergents and soaps and re-use dishwater in the garden.
