As we know carbocation is always sp2 hybridised ,so in ch4 after removal of H'- It becomes ch3'+, but the hybridisation of ch4 is sp3 so after removal of H'- will it again change its hybridisation and become sp2 ? (Or the carbon itself knows that it is going to become cation and it initially undergoes sp2 hybridised)?
