AS YOU SAY INSULIN OPEN ALL THE PORES OF CANCER CELL FOR GLUCOSE UPTAKE THEN HOW IT KILL THEM?? RATHER IT IS BENIFIT TO CANCER CELL FOR MORE UPTAKE OF GLUCOSE??

Dear student,
Cancer cells have more receptors for insulin than normal cells because it requires more energy than normal cells to survive. As the pores of the membranes of cancer cells opens then drugs (chemotherapy) are used along with insulin which targets specific cancer cells as the pores are open for more glucose uptake. So less drugs are used as chemotherapy for treating cancer and less side effects are found.
