Bob wants to cover the floor of a room 3m wide and 4.5m long by squared tiles. If each square tile is of side 0.75m,find the cost of flooring the room at the rate of ₹4.50 per tile. Please answer fast , test soon.

Length of the floor of a room = 4.5 m
And width of the floor of a room = 3 m
So area of the floor of a room = 4.5 m×3 m = 13.5 m2
Now side of each square tile = 0.75 m
So area of each square tile = 0.75 m2 = 0.;5625 m2
So total number of square tiles needed to cover the floor = area of the floorare of each square tile = 13.50.5625 = 24
Cost each tile = Rs.4.50
So total cost of flooring the room = 24×4.50 = Rs.108

Length of the room = 4.5m

Breadth of the room = 3m

Area of the room = 4.5 * 3 = 13.5 sq. m

Side of the tile = 0.75m

Area of the tile = 0.75 * 0.75 = 0.5625 sq. m

No. of tiles required = 13.5/0.5625 = 24

Cost of flooring per tile = Rs. 4.50

Total cost of flooring = Rs. 4.50 * 24 = Rs. 108
