both helium and beryllium have 2 valance electrons.Whereas helium represent a noble gas element, beryllium does not.Assign reason

Atomic number of Helium is 2 so it has two electrons in first shell and therefore it is a noble gas.
Atomic number of Beryllium is 4  so it has two electrons in first shell and in second shell it need 8, so it can donate its 2 electrons an therefore it has valency 2 and so it is not a noble gas.
thumbs up pls

ATOM WITH ATOMIC NO 16 IS MORE REACTIVE THAN WITH THE NO 17
AS THE VALENCY OF NO 16 IS 2 AND THE VALENCY FOR NO 17 IS 1 THEREFORE 16 IS MORE REACTIVE
