What is the difference between their food habits?

Dear Student 
Both Scavengers and parasites are dependent on other organisms for food. But scavengers derive their food from dead plants and animals while Parasites live on living plants and animals and derive nutrition from them.
Ex of Scavengers: Eagle etc.
