Business risks take place due to carelessness of people & it can be completely eliminated .

no I do not agree. business risk can take place because of various of reasons and not only because of carelessness
1) natural causes : like natural calamities ,which leads to huge loss of life and property
2) human causes: it not only includes carelessness,it also includes change in preference of customer ,change is fashion ,trend etc
3) economic causes : it includes all the uncertainties relating to demand for goods , competition ,price , collection of dues from customers etc.
4) other causes: these are unforeseen events like political disturbances ,mechanical failures ect
