even I wrote d answer leadership.. but in d solution to d board paper itx motivation.. how can it not be leadership. !! even I dnt get it

as per the book poonam gandhi "leadership is an imp element of directing" the ques was wat was d element od directing. . n d ans in meritnation board paper solution is also motivation.. I mean itz rlly nt gud :(

Yeah! I wrote leadership too. I think they'll consider both the answers because majority have written leadership even though the answer scheme suggests "motivation". So let's just hope that things turn out in our favour...
