Calculate the energy associated with photon of light having wavelength 6000 Angstrom . [ h = 6.624 x 10-27 erg - sec ]

Please help and explain .

E=hv

Energy is an integral multiple of hv. •E= nhv. E is energy, ν is frequency( actually it is a Greek letter called nu, it is not v) and h is Plank's constant (h=6.626×10^-34 J s). With Photons of higher frequency has higher energy , the particle nature becomes important.
