Calculate the molar mass of sulphuric acid (H2SO4) and washing
soda(Na2CO3.10H2O).

Dear student,

Molar mass of H2SO4 (Sulphuric acid) = 2 (molar mass of hydrogen) + molar mass of sulphur + 4 (molar mass of oxygen)

 = [2 (1) + 32 + 4(16)]

 = 98 g/mol

The molar mass of washing soda [Na2CO3.10H2O] = 2 (molar mass of sodium) + molar mass of carbon + 3 (molar mass of oxygen) + 10 (molar mass of water)
= [2(23) + 12 + 3(16) + 10(18)]
= 286 g /mol
