 we know that,   charge(q) =  no. of electrons (n) * charge on one electron(e)

  1 coulomb = n ( 1.66 *  10-19)

  n = 1/1.66 * 10-19 = 6.25 * 1018

According to Quantisation of Charge we know that,

  Q = ne

  therefore , 1 coloumb of Charge = n . 1.6*10-19

   =>1/ 1.6*10-19 = n

  6.25*1018 = n

One electron possesses a charge of 1.6×1019C, i.e., 1.6×1019C of charge is contained in 1 electron.

∴1 C of charge is contained in

Therefore,electrons constitute one coulomb of charge.
