Can a maximum temperature that is recorded in the early morning and a minimum temperature that has been recorded in the afternoon be appropriate?Why?or Why not?

The predicted maximum and minimum temperatures are just the approximations or sample values of the expected weather conditions with regards to the temperature of the day. This is because these temperatures are recorded at specific times of the day. These temperature may not represent the actual high and low temperatures if the temperature peaks at the time when recording is not made.
