can a normal adult get angina or does angina happen to only heart patients 

Angina is a condition of chest pain and discomfort when heart muscles receives decreased blood and oxygen supply. It occurs when coronary arteries gets narrower due to deposition of plaque as this restricts the supply of oxygen to heart muscles. It can occur in any individual who has blockage in the coronary arteries.

Angina is caused due to ischaemia of heart muscles where the heart itself does not get adequate blood supply. Whenever a blockage in any coronary arteries occurs it leads to angina...It is very common in patients of atherosclerosis. So yes you can say that you will rarely find this in normal adults unless they have a blockage in their artery.
