can anyone explain me the meaning of unspecialised cells...

The unspecialized cells are those cells that have potential to develop into any kind of specialised cells or divide into other stem cells. The unspecialized cells found in fetuses, embryos, and some adult body tissues give rise to a specific specialized cell, such as a blood cell, nerve cell etc.
