Can anyone explain what is pressure gradient and concentration gradient?

Gradient means rate of change of physical quantity with respect to distance. 

Concentration gradient is established when there exists a difference in the solute concentration in different solutions or different parts of a system. Just like concentration gradient, pressure gradient is the slope or the difference in pressure conditions at two places, movement takes place from a place of high pressure to low pressure.
