can anyone proof this theoram and tell me?

'IF TWO TRINGLES OF EQUAL AREAS LIE ON THE SAME BASE , THEN THEY SHOULD LIE BETWEEN THE SAME PARALLELS'.

Dear Student!

The theorem "Triangles having the same base and equal areas lie between the same parallels" can be proved as,

Given: ΔPQR and ΔSQR such that ar (ΔPQR) = ar (ΔSQR).
Construction: Draw PL and SM perpendicular to QR
To prove: PS || QR
Hence, PS || QR

Hope! You got the answer.

Cheers!

it is very simple....

first we will have to prove the two given triangles equal in area...

and then, we can use this property

 "TWO TRIANGLES LIEING ON THE SAME BASE AND HAVING THE SAME AREAS..WIL LIE BETWEEN THE SAME PARALLEL LINES."

see it was that simple...

hope u can  make use of this.
