Let me inform you that CBSE has not made any demarcation in terms of region for blue print of any subjects. This is to say that it issues only one blue print and that remains the same for a subject across all the region whether Delhi, All India and Foreign (Abroad). Thus, there is nothing that is specific for gulf region. You can follow the below link to refer to the blue print as well as the updated syllabus for Economics Class-XI annual examination March 2016.
