Can apparent competition be called as interspecific competion?why?and thankss

Well, yes it could be cause they are defined almost as the same.
Apparent competition occurs indirectly between two species which have common prey. 
Inter-specific competition occurs when organisms of two different species share the same resource in the same area.
Hence, apparent competition maybe called as interspecific competition.
