Can someone answer these question plz

Dear student,
a) Gradual and fairly predictable change in the species composition of a given area is called ecological succession.  Ecological succession is a community controlled phenomenon, in which the structure and composition of communities change in an orderly and sequential manner, leading ultimately to the establishment of a climax community. There is a gradual and fairly predictable change occurs in the species composition of a given area. Some species colonise an area and their populations become more. In the successive seral stages, there is a change in the diversity of species, increase in the number of species and organisms and also in the total biomass.

b)
Pioneer Community Climax Community
It is the first community established in an area after some sort of calamities like forest fire, earthquake etc. It is the most complex, diverse and productive community in a stable area.
It is unstable as this community grow and changes very fast. It is the most stable community unless any catastrophe happens.
The life span of pioneer community is short. The life span of climax community is as long as hundred years unless any accidents occur.
It includes lichen, mosses, insects etc. Big old trees like oak, banyan etc are species of climax community.
