Add equation 1 and 2 we get
AB + x = CD + y
iii ) Things which are double of the same things are equal to one another.
Example : Let we have two equal radius circles , r1 = r2 --- ( 1 )
We know diameter of circle = 2 ( Radius )
So,
d1 = 2r1 and d2 = 2r2 From equation 1 we get
d1 = d2
Therefore, all axioms are consistent .
