Can u please explain this line

Dear student
The binding of an inhibitor can stop a substrate from entering the enzyme's active site and/or hinder the enzyme from catalyzing its reaction.
Now if inhibitor have been there, then no active enzyme would be there. So if Active enzyme needs to be recovered then removal of inhibitors is necessary.
