Kabir occupies an important position among the bhakti reformers of India. kabir preached rama bhakti and believed in one god. He said that it was one god that the hindus named Paramatama and the muslims named Allah. kabir says give your whole to Bhakti and set aside your dharma. kabir's name is remembered in the history of India because he tried to remove the difference between Hindus and the Muslims and united the people of different sects and religions.

Kabir was a renowned Hindu poet and a Bhakti Reformer. He believed in the worshipping of one god and spent his entire life in the worship of Lord Krishna. He is remembered for his dohas, small poems which taught life lessons and for his attempts to unite Hindu and Muslims extensively, while other religions too.
