can we classify phi s disjoint sets

Since phi is the subset of all the set so it cannot be the disjoint set as definition of disjoint set is Two sets are said to be disjoint if they have no  element in common between them. For example, {1, 2, 3,4} and { 5, 6,7,8} are disjoint sets.
