Dear Student!

It is known that for any triangle, sum of any two sides of
a triangle is always greater than the third side
For the given triangle,
4 cm + 6 cm = 10 cm > 2 cm
6 cm + 2 cm = 8 cm > 4 cm
But, 2 cm + 4 cm = 6 cm
Therefore, we cannot construct the triangle
with sides 4 cm, 6 cm and 2 cm
