Can we round off atomic mass of any element to whole number like aromic mass of gold to whole number but what should we write in brackets as we need reason as we rounding off

Total number of protons and neutrons in an atom is called the mass number.
Mass number can be found by rounding the average atomic mass to the nearest whole number.
For example, the average atomic mass of lithium is 6.941 amu, it can be rounded off.
You need not write the reason.
In numericals it is mostly mentioned which value to use. Other wise you can find the mass number by adding number of protons and neutrons and use the same in the numericals.
