Can we say that hyperbole is sometimes to comment on a particular thing
For ex if we say that it was so cold that I saw Polar Bears wearing jackets then we are commenting on the cold as it was so much Frost around??

Hyperbole is a figure of speech which refers to an extravagant statement. It is an obvious or intentional exaggeration. Instances of the same are:

• "My dog is so ugly, he only has cat friends!"

• “I’ve told you a million times”

• “It was so cold, I saw polar bears wearing jackets”
