In ammensalism there is association between organisms of two different species in which one is inhibited or destroyed and the other is unaffected. for example in case of antibiosis( fungi penicillium produces penilcillin as by product and bacterial growth get inhibited)

This can also be seen in case of competition in which stronger takes food and weaker suffers

Ammensalism is an interaction in which one species causes harm to another species with its toxic secretion, without gaining any benefit from the interaction. The adversaly effected species are called ammensal and effecting species is called inhibitor. for example Sephilococcus does not gain benefit without their death.

Ammensalism is the population interaction in which one animal is not affected while other is harmed. For ex- penicillin release a chemical....which has no effect on itself but it stops the growth of moulds.....

AN EXAMPLE OF AMMENSALISM IS PARTHENIUM PLANT WHICH INHIBITS OTHER PLANTS GROWTH NEARBY IT.

In antibiosis, one organism secretes a chemical that kills the other organism, while the one that secreted the chemical is unharmed. Two examples of antibiosis amensalism are provided by the bread mold Penicillium and black walnut trees. ... This is because they have evolved to secrete a chemical known as Juglone.
