Minor Segment of a circle is the figure bounded by a minor arc and a chord.

perimeter of minor segment of circle can be found by using following formula:- 

{ѳπr/180+2r2(sinѳ/2)}

 

where,ѳ is the angle between the two radius at the centre of circle.

and r is the radius of the circle.

I think it is the right answer of your question.
